You really need to display delivery times before accepting payment. 1hr 30min estimated delivery time displayed after taking payment. But then actually taking 2hr 10min to deliver just isn't acceptable. Won't be ordering again.

I know I ordered on a busy Saturday, but had to chase my order after waiting over 1.5 hours. Was told it was just being wrapped as I spoke, but still didn’t arrive for another 10/15 mins - we are a 5 min drive away. And to top it off, was luke warm. However, with past orders, food is always good. Will not order at such a busy time next time

Good fish and chips and the portion size is generous but the chips tonight had been reheated. They were horrid, I know it’s a Monday night but reheating chips is not acceptable.
